What is the liver profile?

This test is used to assess the health and functioning of the liver. By evaluating these markers, the blood test aids in the diagnosis and monitoring of liver conditions such as hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer.

What is being tested?

an individual's health status and can be monitored to create appropriate health plans and treatments.

How is the blood collected?

  1. 2 x Gold SST Microtainer
  1. The healthcare professional will take down your details and confirm your blood test of choice.
  2. Using our finger-prick lancets, you will be told to prick the corner of your finger allowing your blood to drop easily into the tube.
  3. Once you have filled the required tubes, the healthcare professional will provide you with a plaster.
  4. Your sample will be processed and you will receive your results online or through your chosen clinic within 48 hours.
