What is the general health profile?

This blood test provides you with a general overview of your liver & kidney function, bone health, diabetes (HbA1c), full cholesterol profile as well as uric acid levels that screens for Gout. It gives you a overall view of the state of your organ function and general health.

How is the blood collected?

  1. 2 x Gold SST Microtainer
  2. 1 x Purple EDTA Microtainer
  1. The healthcare professional will take down your details and confirm your blood test of choice.
  2. Using our finger-prick lancets, you will be told to prick the corner of your finger allowing your blood to drop easily into the tube.
  3. Once you have filled the required tubes, the healthcare professional will provide you with a plaster.
  4. Your sample will be processed and you will receive your results online or through your chosen clinic within 48 hours.
