How is the sample collected?

  1. The healthcare professional will take down your details and provide you with an oral and nasopharyngeal swab.
  2. You will put the swab to the back of the throat and move around for up to 10 seconds.
  3. You will then use the same swab and insert into one nostril and move around for up to 10 seconds.
  4. Once this process is complete, your sample will be processed and you and your chosen clinic will receive results including your Fit to Fly certificate within 24 – 36 hours.
